    Like it….but….not convenient if you cant get to a park, gym, or the
    allowance of a bar in an apartment…..needed something that doesnt require
    the use of a tool like a bar. is there a workout from the laying position
    that will do the job?

    Hey Amanda, yes you may feel soreness after training your lower abs but it
    should go away in a couple of days. We recommend training your abs once or
    twice per week when you are first starting out to allow them time to
    recover.

    there , cause I have pouch and seems to hurt only in that area after
    working out.

    well, or do you have any ab exercises that can be done that will work but

    posted a few months ago? Those moves would be great for you to get started
    with. Also, the “Fabulous Abs” DVD #3 from the Program has all the safest
    moves and modifications that are good for beginners or working with
    injuries.

    Absolutely! Any kind of lower ab exercise done in the hanging position on a
    bar is sufficiently challenging for anyone across all fitness levels.

    You should try stretching your abs frequently. It helped one of my friend
    to even his abs. Not as perfect as the guy in the video but still xd
