Like it….but….not convenient if you cant get to a park, gym, or the
allowance of a bar in an apartment…..needed something that doesnt require
the use of a tool like a bar. is there a workout from the laying position
that will do the job?

Hey Amanda, yes you may feel soreness after training your lower abs but it
should go away in a couple of days. We recommend training your abs once or
twice per week when you are first starting out to allow them time to
recover.

Hi Silicia Bell, have you checked out the “Celebrity AB WORKOUT” that we
posted a few months ago? Those moves would be great for you to get started
with. Also, the “Fabulous Abs” DVD #3 from the Program has all the safest
moves and modifications that are good for beginners or working with
injuries.

Absolutely! Any kind of lower ab exercise done in the hanging position on a
bar is sufficiently challenging for anyone across all fitness levels.

Now thats the kind of physique I’m after. Getting there, I got my abs and
pecs showing up, but dont have nearly as good seperation as you do. Also my
